There is error message  "There was an error sending mail 
from 'bugzilla-daemon' to 'email@recipient': Can't send data".
 
Solution :- 
Step 1
      go to the path where you installed bugzilla
      and go to the data folder 
      C:\Bugzilla-4.0\bugzilla\data
Step 2
      params file
