Create New Folder greyed out in Sharepoint 2010

Create New Folder is greyed out in my SharePoint 2010 list

so here is the magical trick.

If you see this ->

All you have do is navigate to your list settings page ->

and then select Advanced Settings

Select Yes to “Make “New Folder” command available?”

that’s it!
