Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error 80004005

I have encountered below exception while executing classic ASP application . This exception was occurring whenever my application trying to connect with oracle database. But on same machine other applications were running without any issue. After spending some time I came to know that this issue was occurring because I was trying to run 32 bit classic ASP application on 64 bit machine ( Windows 7 ). Create New Folder is greyed out in my SharePoint 2010 list so here is the magical trick. If you see this -> All you have do is navigate to your list settings page -> and then select Advanced Settings Select Yes to “Make “New Folder” command available?” that’s it!
